KOMPAS.com - Saat ini masyarakat dapat melakukan pencetakan Kartu Keluarga (KK) secara mandiri. Ini tentunya memberikan kemudahan karena masyarakat tak perlu lagi mendatangi kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil (Dukcapil) hanya untuk mencetak KK.
Kartu Keluarga adalah Kartu Identitas Keluarga yang memuat data tentang susunan, hubungan dan jumlah anggota keluarga. Kartu Keluarga wajib dimiliki oleh setiap keluarga, yang berisi data lengkap tentang identitas kepala keluarga dan anggota keluarganya.
Pencetakan KK secara mandiri bisa dilakukan bagi masyarakat yang kehilangan atau mengalami kerusakan dokumen administratif ini.
Dituliskan dalam laman Indonesia Baik, pencetakan KK bisa memakai kertas putih polos jenis HVS A4 80 gram.
Meskipun tidak menggunakan kertas khusus security printing berhologram yang tak mudah dipalsukan, tapi pencetakan KK secara mandiri tetap mempunyai kekuatan hukum.
Ini dikarenakan terdapat kode quick response (QR) di dalam dokumen Kartu Kaluarga, yang menjadi tanda tangan elektronik pengganti tanda tangan dan cap basah dalam KK yang dicetak di kertas security printing.
