I got my dad a doro watch from silver line.
He doesn't need the tracking element now but it was good mostly for peace of mind.
He never was able to remember to activate the SOS function, so we had it disabled. Look out for that sort of thing, and refusal to wear a tracker, or it not being charged, etc.
