Jane Ashcroft biography

Jane Ashcroft serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company. Jane is Chief Executive of Anchor Hanover, England’s largest provider of housing and care for older people and held a number of senior positions since joining them in 1999 before appointment to her current role in 2010. She is a Board member and Vice- Chair of the National Housing Federation, and a founding member and Vice- Chair of the Associated Retirement Community Operators. A graduate of Stirling University, she is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Trustee of The Silver Line charity and was awarded a CBE in the 2014 New Year’s honours list.
