An alleged video of Chicago rapper King Lil Jay kissing another prison inmate after which an inmate sits on his lap has given rise to ‘gay’ rumors on Twitter.
The viral video surfaced on Twitter and has got the rapper’s fans talking. In the wake of the clip going viral, several rumors suggesting Lil Jay is gay began spreading. However, the musician was quick to defend himself against the rumors about his sexuality.
Lil Jay’s alleged prison video with inmate gives rise to gay rumors
Gay rumors about the Chicago rapper began trending on Twitter after an alleged video of him with an inmate surfaced. The video sees two prison inmates spending some alone time outside of their cells in what looks like the dining area. One of them in green overalls is seated on the bench while the other one dressed in white and yellow is standing near him. The two sneak in a kiss when no one is around.
Many fans are convinced that the person sitting on the bench is King Lil Jay. The person on the bench is seen caressing the other inmate’s face. Soon after, the inmate whose standing, sits down on the other person’s lap. The person dressed in white and yellow positions themselves in between the person in green-overalls legs.
Fans on Twitter went into a frenzy after seeing the video. It gave rise to rumors about King Lil Jay’s sexuality. However, the rapper sprung to his defense and responded via his social media.
King Lil Jay denies that it’s him in the viral prison video
In a video on his Instagram, the Bars of Clout rapper said, “Man, make it make sense, man” responding to the rumors and the viral video. The musician expressed that the rumors were simply meant to “tarnish” his reputation. “Y’all trying to do anything to try to tarnish the face, man,” he said.
“Soon as y’all put dude up actually saying some gay sh** y’all would try to put me on there. Look at that sh**” he further said. The rapper further argued that he wasn’t the person in the green overalls in the viral video. He claimed that his face, tattoos, and body did not match the person people were alleging was him. “Face don’t match, tattoos don’t match, body don’t match,” he said.
Rapper denied gay rumors in a 2022 interview
In his interview with Say Cheese, the interviewer asked King Lil Jay about rumors of him “messing” with a guy. Addressing the rumors about his sexuality the star said, “That was the most goofiest sh*t I ever heard in my life.”
He talked about his friends and didn’t say any “gay sh*t” about him. He also mentioned that he “ain’t got nothing against the gay people. The rapper reiterated how people just made those rumors about his sexuality up.
“I am not into none of that sh*t” he said. He finally said, “I know the truth, my team knows the truth. We never care.”
