The spin-off series Bosch: Legacy has premiered its first four episodes on Amazon Freevee and fans have nothing but praise for the premiere.

Developed by Michael Connelly, Tom Bernardo, and Eric Overmyer for Amazon Freevee, Bosch: Legacy stars Titus Welliver, Mimi Rogers, Madison Lintz, Stephen Chang, and more in this spin-off of the original police procedural featuring LAPD-turned-PI Hieronymus “Harry” Bosch.
Bosch: Legacy Episode 5 release date
Bosch: Legacy Episode 5, titled Plan B, is scheduled to air on Friday, May 13, 2022, on Amazon Freevee.
Episode 6 will air at the same time as Episode 5 in a double-bill, which will be the release pattern for the rest of the series.
Both episodes will arrive on the platform at Midnight GMT, like all other Amazon releases, and this time translates to:
- 5 PM PT – US (May 12th)
- 8 PM ET – US (May 12th)
- 1 AM BST – UK
- 2 AM CEST – Europe
- 5:30 AM IST – India
- 10 AM AEST – Sydney, Australia

Has Bosch: Legacy been renewed for Season 2?
Yes, Bosch: Legacy has already been renewed for a second season, with Amazon announcing its continuation during the company’s 2022 NewFronts presentation for marketers.
The author of the Bosch series, Michael Connelly, also took to Twitter to celebrate the launch of the first four episodes of the spin-off, while reminding fans that Season 2 had already been renewed beforehand.
The original series of Bosch ran for seven seasons on Amazon Prime Video, beginning in 2014, and the jury is still out on how long the spin-off will run for.
The first 4 episodes of #BoschLegacy are now streaming on @AmazonFreevee and Prime Video. These will be followed by 2 episodes each on the following 3 Fridays, for a total of 10 episodes in season 1. (Bosch: Legacy has already been renewed for season 2!)
