The 17th Annual Shamrock The Block is back with even more BLOCK TO ROCK...and it's just around the corner. The RVA traditional kick-off to festival season is Saturday, March 11 from 12pm-6pm on Leigh Street - between Movieland and the Bon Secours Training Facility in Scott's Addition. We have everything covered - live music throughout the day, food from local vendors, tasty brews courtesy of Brown Distributing- Richmond, VA and more.
