Because Spongebob has been fine in the recent run! I wish to see it some day.
I can only imagine that it's a toll of their shrieking loud characters that has finally taken its toll on their tolerability. It's still a pretty good show for me and I enjoy it pretty often. Also, I do kinda agree that the circa 2002-05 episodes were better. Well atleast their telecast where I live were better.
